If you’ve just subscribed, you may also want to view past pay statements from before you signed up.
How it works:
If your employer has enabled the archive feature, all your past pay statements will automatically appear in your account.
If you don’t see them, your employer may not have this feature turned on.
How to check:
Log in to go.payreq.com.
Go to the Inbox.
Look through the list to see if past pay statements are available.
If you don’t see your old pay statements:
Contact your HR or payroll team to request copies directly.
Important: Payreq only displays documents provided by your employer. If they aren’t visible, your employer must supply them.
